COURSE OVERVIEW
This advanced course introduces the Closed-Chamber Horizontal Crestal Sinus Elevation (CCHSE) technique — a next-generation approach that enables predictable 5–8+ mm membrane elevation through a minimally invasive crestal pathway.
Unlike traditional crestal sinus methods that rely on tent-pole mechanics or blind hydraulic pressure, CCHSE utilizes controlled hydrostatic physics within a sealed chamber to achieve uniform, plane-like membrane elevation with real-time feedback.
Participants will learn the scientific foundations, clinical workflow, instrumentation, and troubleshooting principles necessary to perform horizontal crestal sinus augmentation safely and confidently in both delayed and immediate implant sites.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
- Understand the biomechanics of horizontal vs. dome-type membrane elevation
- Explain the closed-chamber hydrostatic principle and how it differs from conventional crestal techniques
- Achieve real-time feedback during membrane elevation to avoid perforations
- Perform 5–8+ mm predictable sinus elevation through a crestal approach
- Apply CCHSE in immediate implant placement cases
- Manage complications and prevent delayed membrane perforation
- Integrate CCHSE into everyday implant practice with confidence
- Real-time membrane sensing
- Horizontal elevation, not tent-pole lift
- Lower perforation risk
- Predictable 5–8+ mm elevation through the crest
